Such behavior happens only when you play tracks from your streaming service, TIDAL or Qobuz.
It means the subscription to your service is no longer active, which can be due to a payment incident during your automatic renewal.
You then must go to the corresponding website to check whether you are subscribed to the service:
Once you are sure you are actively subscribed to the service, please restart Audirvāna Studio and play a track from the service.
Note: if you still have your issue after susbcribing to the service, please create a ticket.
