We added the option to gather logs from Audirvāna.
Those logs are NOT enabled by default and are locally stored, nothing is uploaded to internet.
Gather logs in Audirvāna.
In this article:
Step 1: Enable the logs
To enable a log session, you must go into Audirvāna settings under the My Account section:
Click "Start Log Session", and the label Debug Logs ON will appear next to the settings button. Once you have done this, reproduce your behavior. Even if you need to restart, the logs will still run until you stop the log session.
Step 2: Disable the logs
To disable a log session, go to Audirvāna settings under the My Account section and click the same button as in step one. It will be labeled "Stop Log Session."
Note: we recommand you to reopen Audirvāna once you have done this to make sure all the logs are properly saved.
Step 3: Access the logs
Once your logs are saved and the Log Session is stopped, you can access the log file generated by going to Audirvāna settings under the My Account section.
You will need to click "Open Log Folder," depending on whether you are using Audirvāna Studio or Audirvāna Origin; the file's name will be different but will end up with a .log extension.
Note: Please add this log file to your ticket if you have an issue detecting your device or the synchronization of your music files, for example.
